Information Security
Particular attention is given to the supply of security products, focusing on the protection of customer and personal information. To respond to the increasing needs of information security with information technology, HitachiSoft has developed unique proprietary products for bolstering the confidentiality and availability of information, such as “Hibun” (for preventing information leakage), “Johmon” (a finger vein authentication system), and “Katsubun” (document management software).
In addition to the triple guard provided by Hibun, Katsubun and Johmon, one-stop solutions for authentication and access management are provided

Quality Assurance
Placing “Quality First” as our top priority and in following with our policy to “provide products and services that satisfy customers and earn their confidence,”HitachiSoft has made company-wide efforts to improve the quality of our products, with each employee taking responsibility in their respective assignment.
The Quality Assurance Department is established independently of the development division to review product design from the development phase to inspect for and ensure quality from the customer's point of view, as well as promoting ties among related sections for coordinated development.
