About Personal Data Protection Policy
HitachiSoft has been granted the "Privacy Mark" for privacy and personal data protection by the Japan Information Processing Development Corporation. We follow the "Guidelines concerning the Protection of Computer Processed Personal Data in the Private Sector" issued by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (former MITI) in June 1998 and practice the Compliance Program concerning personal data protection.
Personal Data Protection Policy
HitachiSoft's personal data protection policy is as follows.
Everyone shall understand the personal data protection policy and comply strictly with these principles.
(1)Recognize that appropriate protection of personal data is a critical element in the information service industry, and perform collection and disclosure of personal data in the appropriate way.(2)Take appropriate steps to ensure that personal data is protected from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, interpolation, and leakage.
(3)Comply with applicable laws and company policy on personal data.
(4)Perform continuing improvement of Compliance Program.
